Building Principal/Athletic Director
SUPERVISES:
45 student athletes
JOB GOAL:
To support the head coach and to provide a learning environment for athletes to improve their skills.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coach individual student athletes in the skills necessary for excellence in chosen sport.
- Assist head coach in planning and scheduling practices in season.
- Assist head coach in maintaining necessary paperwork.
- Enforce discipline and sportsmanlike behavior at all times and establishes and oversees penalties for breach of such standards by individual students.
- Assist head coach in organizing clinics and camps when appropriate.
- Assist, organize and oversee off-season conditioning.
- Attend/participate in clinics to enhance knowledge and improve program.
DURATION OF POSITION:
November - May
FLSA: Exempt
CLEARANCES: Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance
COMPENSATION: CLASS IV
Salary : $3,904 - $5,205
