Grandview Heights is seeking on-call substitute secretaries! On the job training provided!
- Grandview Heights Schools is accepting applications for on-call substitute secretaries with a start date of July 1.
- Prior experience preferred; 1-2 years
- Substitute secretaries are employed on an as needed basis, typicaly hours are between 7am - 3:30pm.

Greets all visitors to the building

Assists with correspondence pertaining to staff and student attendance

Provides support to building principal, teachers, school counselors and any other staff members requiring assistance
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- Knowledge of English, spelling, grammar and mathematics
- Proficient in the operation of business office equipment and computer technology, including but not limited to Microsoft Office products
- Experience using school database systems for student information, attendance and discipline record keeping preferred
- Acceptable FBI and BCI background checks
