Product Support & Test Engineer Intern

Job Title:Product Support & Test Engineer Intern Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated Product Support & Test Engineer Intern to assist our engineering and support teams with product testing, troubleshooting, and technical support activities. This internship provides hands-on experience with networking, VoIP technologies, and real-world product validation in a lab environment. Responsibilities:• Assist development engineers in reproducing and analyzing reported software bugs.• Perform functional testing on interim bug fixes and firmware builds with provided automation tools or manual testing.• Work with senior test and support engineers to develop and execute test plans.• Conduct product testing in lab or SOHO environments and generate test reports and bug reports.• Contribute to product documentation and testing documentation. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree, or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, HTTP, ARP, and routing fundamentals.• Coursework or experience with C/C , Java, or scripting languages (Perl, PHP, Shell) in Linux/Unix environments.• Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.• Understanding of network troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark or tcpdump is a plus.• Basic knowledge of VoIP technologies and protocols (SIP, SDP, RTP/RTCP) is a plus.• Ability to learn quickly, troubleshoot technical problems, and work independently. AI related knowledge and experience is preferred.•    Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with international teams is a plus.
