Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using multi-line phone systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Assist with night audit procedures when required to ensure financial accuracy
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest safety and security
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Manage phone etiquette standards while handling multiple lines simultaneously
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele
- Experience in front desk operations, including guest relations and reservations management
