Your Mission
As our Lead Housekeeper, you'll do more than clean rooms. You'll help guide the housekeeping team, ensure quality standards are met, and make sure every guest walks into a room that feels fresh, welcoming, and ready for their stay.
What You'll Do
- Lead by example by cleaning guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards
- Support, motivate, and assist housekeeping team members throughout the day
- Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality expectations are met
- Help train new employees and share best practices
- Keep supplies organized and ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas are stocked
- Communicate maintenance concerns and guest requests promptly
- Work closely with hotel leadership to achieve guest satisfaction goals
