We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team here at GrandStay! Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Utilize phone systems to manage reservations, answer calls, and respond to guest requests promptly.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Maintain the front desk area in an organized and professional manner.
  • Address guest complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Promote hotel services and special offers to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred; experience in a hotel or resort setting is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests and staff.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer software for reservation management.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
