We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Team Lead who can motivate a team, drive sales, and create an unforgettable guest experience at one of Ohio’s busiest specialty retail destinations.
At Grandpa’s Cheesebarn, this is NOT a stand-around role, you’ll be on the floor, engaging customers, upselling products, and leading the team every shift.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Drive sales—actively sell, engage, and upsell every guest
- Bring energy to the floor, set the pace and keep the team moving
- Coach team members in real-time to improve sales performance so they can sell with confidence
- Create a high-accountability, high-performance culture
- Ensure shelves are full, displays are sharp, and products are easy to sell
- Jump in wherever needed—register, stocking, merchandising, customer service
- Handle minor customer issues quickly while protecting the guest experience
- Support opening/closing operations and keeping the store running smoothly
