At Joe's Soda Shop, we are building a unique experience for all ages. We provide the flashback vibes of the soda fountains of the past with a modern take on all of our offerings. We offer a fun environment featuring ice cream, floats, milkshakes, dirty sodas, and all of your soda fountain favorites.

The Role

As a Soda Jerk / Ice CreamSoda Fountain Team Member, you'll be at the forefront of the memorable experiences we create for our guests. You'll greet customers with a smile, guide them through their visit, and ensure they leave happy and eager to return.

This role isn't just about making drinks and scooping ice cream; it's about making memories and being part of something special.

What You'll Do

• Prepare dirty sodas, floats, milkshakes, and fountain beverages
• Scoop and serve ice cream
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences
• Operate the register and assist customers with purchases
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shop
• Assist with stocking products and visual merchandising
• Support special promotions and community events

What You'll Get

Starting pay is $13–$15 per hour based on experience. We also offer flexible scheduling, earned PTO and sick time, team member discounts, and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.

Here's What We're Looking For

Dependable

We're open 7 days a week, and we're looking for hardworking team members who can have fun while getting the job done. This position is typically 15–25 hours per week. Most shifts are evenings and weekends, and availability on nights, weekends, and holidays is required. There are also opportunities to pick up shifts at our sister store, Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop.

Outgoing Personality

We're seeking individuals who genuinely enjoy interacting with kids (actual kids and the adult kind), helping customers stroll down memory lane, and creating memorable experiences.
