Responsibilities:

Check guests in and out efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Answer guest questions and provide information about the hotel and local area.

Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure all guest billing and account information is accurate.

Help create a pleasant guest experience by informing guests about hotel amenities and services.
Job Requirements:
This position is responsible for providing superior guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work easily in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an optimistic, “energy-giving" attitude.
- Hotel Front Desk experience.
- Should be customer service oriented.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Friendly demeanor with guests and coworkers.
- Excellent cash handling, phone, and computer skills.
- Must be able to work weekends.
