About the Role
Grandma’s Boy Moving Co. is a fast-growing, highly rated moving company serving the greater Seattle area. We are looking for a Remote Sales Coordinator to handle all inbound calls and customer inquiries, convert leads into booked jobs, and provide an excellent customer experience from first contact through scheduling.
This is a work-from-home, performance-driven role with strong earning potential. Sales or moving-industry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who is motivated, personable, and confident on the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Provide accurate estimates and explain services clearly
- Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings
- Schedule moves and coordinate details with customers
- Follow up on estimates, deposits, and pending leads
- Maintain clear notes and updates in our CRM/booking system
- Represent the company professionally and consistently
Qualifications
- Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills
- Personable, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Sales background preferred (inside sales, call center, service sales)
- Prior experience as a moving coordinator is a strong plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Reliable home workspace with stable internet and phone access
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary performance bonuses commission
- Total compensation range: $60,000–$90,000 annually
