Property Operations assistant to the CEO serves as the CEO's key liaison, traveling to various property management offices to ensure operational consistency, drive performance, and uphold company standards across the portfolio; this role focuses on hands-on oversight, staff training, and implementing best practices to enhance occupancy, resident satisfaction, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to property management offices; audit property operations, tenant satisfaction, and maintenance standards.
- Staff Training & Development: Train branch staff, new hires, and Property Managers on company policies, software, leasing, and customer service best practices.
- Insurance & Risk Management: Oversee all property insurance, company auto insurance, workers' comp, and ensure compliance with federal/local regulations.
- Performance Improvement: Identify operational gaps, implement best practices, and drive efficiency across the portfolio.
- Reporting: Prepare reports for the CEO on property performance, risk exposure, and training needs.
- Travel: Extensive travel required to various properties and offices.

- Proven experience in property management (multi-family or residential).
