We are looking for a dependable, fashion-forward team member who enjoys helping customers feel confident while contributing to the success of our growing business.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Provide personalized styling recommendations and outfit suggestions.
- Process sales using the Square POS system.
- Tag new merchandise and apply pricing labels accurately.
- Print and attach product labels using a label printer.
- Steam, fold, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
- Restock displays and maintain organized inventory.
- Create attractive clothing displays and keep the store visually appealing.
- Receive and unpack shipments.
- Count and organize inventory.
- Research current fashion trends, viral styles, and popular boutique items to help with future buying decisions.
- Assist with merchandising and seasonal floor sets.
- Help create content for social media by taking photos or videos of new arrivals when needed.
- Maintain a clean checkout area and back stock room.
- Open and close the store following company procedures.
- Answer customer questions in person, by phone, and through social media when needed.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Perform other retail duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Fashion-conscious with an interest in current trends.
- Friendly, dependable, and professional.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using technology and willing to learn the Square POS system.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
