What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time On-Site Maintenance Worker position at Grande Property Services?
Property management company seeking full-time on-site maintenance personnel. We are a small, family-owned business with an interesting and flexible work environment. Reply with resume. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Building maintenance, light janitorial and repair
- Grounds maintenance, landscaping, and repair
- Pool maintenance
- Test chemicals and maintain perfect balance
- Clean pool deck
- Ensure bathrooms are clean (floors, counter tops)
- Ensure bathroom supplies are stocked
- Preventative maintenance
- Painting (exterior, furniture, etc.)
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to work outdoors
- Must be willing to work independently
- Must maintain a professional appearance, manner and approach while on duty
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and a positive attitude
- Able to plan, organize, and prioritize projects and time
- English-Speaking
- Must be able to pass a background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
