Responsibilities
- Follow a highly process-oriented system
- Review project plans and specifications for accuracy and constructability
- Prepare and analyze detailed estimates, quantity take-offs, and subcontractor/vendor bids
- Develop subcontractor/vendor lists and maintain strong relationships
- Issue bid invitations and coordinate scope across trades
- Prepare general conditions, schedules, and cost management options
- Support change orders, permitting cost estimates, and budget reviews
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Experience with PlanSwift/Bluebeam (or something similar) preferred, but not essential
- Strong willingness to use software
- 5 years of estimating or preconstruction experience (10 years preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of BuilderTrend software is a plus
- Fully employer-paid medical program
