Featherstone Residential Care of Miami is now hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team! We are looking for CNA/MATs and CMA/ACMAs who are passionate about resident care and want to be part of a positive, team-focused environment.
Available Shifts
- Double Weekend & Night Shift

Weekday Shifts:
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions available.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide compassionate and respectful care
- Safely pass medications as assigned (MAT or CMA/ACMA)
- Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, and mobility
- Maintain accurate charting and communication
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Work closely with nursing staff and fellow caregivers
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma CNA, MAT, CMA, or ACMA certification
- Dependable and compassionate
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Residential care experience preferred but not required
