We are a Miami-based short-term rental management company helping condo owners maximize their income through Airbnb and vacation rental platforms.
With the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup and several matches taking place at Hard Rock Stadium, demand for short-term rentals in Miami is expected to increase significantly.
We are looking for a motivated part-time sales representative to speak with condo owners and introduce them to our property management services.
This is a great opportunity for people with sales, hospitality, or customer service backgrounds who enjoy talking with people and earning commissions.
Pay
- $20 per hour
- Commission for every property signed
Commission structure:
- 1 Bedroom signed → $300
- 2 Bedroom signed → $500
- 3 Bedroom signed → $550
- 4 Bedroom signed → $600
Example:
Signing 10 units in one month could generate $8,000 – $12,000 in commissions in addition to hourly pay.
Schedule
- full-time position
- 40 hours per week
What You’ll Do
- Visit condominium buildings in Miami
- Speak with property owners about increasing their rental income
- Explain our Airbnb / vacation rental management service
- Collect contact information from interested owners
- Close management agreements with property owners
