Grand Wash Express is seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Team Members to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Team Members are responsible for assisting customers, promoting membership programs, safely operating the wash tunnel, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the facility.
Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, plus commission opportunities through membership sales and performance incentives. Advancement opportunities are available for employees who demonstrate strong performance, leadership, reliability, and availability. Full-time opportunities may also become available based on business needs and employee performance.

Requirements
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer and tablet/POS knowledge
- Comfortable handling cash and credit card transactions
- Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be at least 18 years old
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Welcome every customer with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Educate customers on our wash packages and Unlimited Membership Program.
- Recommend products and services that best fit each customer's needs.
- Process sales using our point-of-sale system.
- Assist members with account questions, upgrades, renewals, and general inquiries.
- Safely load vehicles into the wash tunnel while following all operating procedures.
- Monitor tunnel operations and respond quickly to operational concerns.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure customers receive an exceptional wash experience.
- Keep the property, tunnel, vacuum area, lobby, and parking lot clean and organized.
- Restock supplies and maintain equipment appearance.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with fellow team members and managers using radios and other communication tools.
- Help maintain a positive, professional environment for both customers and teammates.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Work Environment
This position requires working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Team Members should be comfortable remaining active throughout their shift, walking, standing, bending, lifting, and working around moving vehicles and mechanical equipment while following all established safety procedures.
