Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and hospitality, with experience in one on one interactions with customers and a restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
-Ringing up customers on TOAST system
-Answering the phone-taking call in orders/catering orders /pie orders
- Serving pie & other baked goods
-Making espresso drinks to order
-Light Dishes
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Customer service area and dining room.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety
- Collaborate with Food Service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or banquets is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks within the restaurant setting
