Position Details:
- Grand Traverse Pavilions is seeking a reliable Custodian to join our Environmental Services team.
- The base wage for this position is $19.47/hour.
- $5.00/hour for working afternoon and midnight shifts.
- $5.00/hour for working Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, and floors (vacuuming, mopping, waxing, etc.).
- Transport linens and trash according to established schedules.
- Conduct security rounds to lock/unlock doors and monitor premises.
- Transport and monitor oxygen tanks as needed.
- Maintain exterior grounds, including snow removal and yard care.
- Clean and stock public restrooms and assist with basic housekeeping duties.
- Move furniture and supplies as directed and assist with event setup/teardown.
- Operate facility vehicles and equipment as required.
