Job Description:
- Grand Traverse Pavilions is seeking a motivated Custodian to join our team.
- The starting wage for this position is $20.11 / hour.
- $5.00/hour for working Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Transports clean and soiled linens according to established schedule.
- Transports trash from the building to the dumpster according to established schedule.
- Floor care to include carpet cleaning, mopping, stripping, sealing, waxing, vacuuming per established schedules.
- Security rounds for locking and unlocking doors according to established schedule.
- Oxygen readings per established schedule and changing and transporting oxygen tanks as needed.
- Responsible for cleaning and stocking public restrooms.
- Check and fill chemical dispensers according to established schedules.
- Yard care as directed.
- Snow removal as directed.
- Wash windows as directed.
- Cleans equipment according to established schedules and as directed.
- Assists with wall care as directed.
- Assembles furniture as directed.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
