Position Details:
- Grand Traverse Pavilions is seeking motivated, full time Certified Nurse Aides to join our team. Variety of afternoon and Morning shifts available.
- The starting wage is $22.89/hour.
- $5.00/hour for working MN Shift
- $5.00/hour for working Saturday and Sunday shifts
- $3.40/hour Essential Worker Bonus.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Tasks:
- Provide daily care to residents per care plan, i.e., personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, assist with dining.
- Provide restorative nursing care to include range of motion, positioning and body alignment, preventive skin care, transfer and ambulation training, bowel and bladder training.
- Encourage independence, socialization and participation in activities.
- Notifies charge nurse of any change in resident need or condition, injury or potentially unsafe activity or event.
