What You'll Actually Do:
- Be the patient experience champion - You'll be the first friendly face patients see, gathering their stories, conducting preliminary exams, and running diagnostic tests that actually matter for their care
- Work with cutting-edge tech - Get hands-on with advanced diagnostic equipment for visual acuity, tonometry, retinal imaging, and more (we'll teach you everything!)
- Keep our tech running smooth - Maintain and calibrate high-tech equipment to ensure everything works perfectly
- Support specialized procedures - Assist with LASIK, eye surgeries, and other procedures where precision makes all the difference
- Collaborate with an amazing team - Work alongside ophthalmologists, optometrists, and clinical staff who genuinely care about both patients and each other
What We're Looking For:
- Great people skills and genuine empathy (this is huge!)
- Detail-oriented with strong observational skills
- Eye care experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
