As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Day Program, you'll provide one-on-one support to an individual, helping them safely participate in activities, build relationships with peers, and access the community while working toward personal and employment goals.

Every day is different. You might be leading an activity, exploring the community, teaching life skills, encouraging independence, or simply being the person who helps someone succeed. You'll create opportunities for growth while building genuine relationships that make a lasting impact.

Position Details

• Part-Time: Up to 28 hours per week, with the opportunity for full-time employment

• Starting Pay: $17.13 per hour

• Paid training and professional development

• Opportunities for advancement

• NADSP Certification Bonus: Earn up to $3,900 by completing all three levels of National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) certification.
