Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time Attorney to join our team. The Attorney will oversee various aspects of real estate transactions, including title examination, drafting legal documents, and providing legal counsel related to commercial and residential closings. Additional duties will involve working as an associate attorney within our law practice at Grand Law Firm, conducting client interviews, meetings, research, case management and court appearances. This position is an on-site role based in Baton Rouge, LA.
Qualifications
- Experience in property law, including community property, bankruptcy and real estate transactions
- Competence in offering accurate and reliable Legal Advice and conducting relevant Research
- Strong Negotiation skills to lead discussions and finalize agreements
- Member of the Louisiana State Bar Association (required)
- Previous experience in real estate law preferred
- Familiarity with local real estate practices and regulations is a plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
