2026 Grand Teton Association Position Description: SeasonalWarehouse Associate&
Definition of Position Receive, stock and distribute inventory in support of GTA retail operations. Warehouse employees are required to perform all duties below.&
Supervision Received Warehouse employee reports to the Inventory Warehouse Manager
Job Duties:&
- Aid in storing and distributing incoming merchandise&
- Communicate inventory levels to Supervisor&
- Sign for incoming shipments and note any damages - Count all incoming merchandise&
- Record quantities received on vendor invoice/packing slip and GTA receiving form&
- Distribute inventory to visitor centers and other outlets as required&
- Receive inventory orders from the supervisors and sales personnel&
- Fill, deliver and record inventory as needed from warehouse to sales locations and pick up&
interoffice envelopes, recycling and other items as needed&
- Serve as courier between administrative office and store locations&
- Bring recyclables back to warehouse and deliver to appropriate disposal&
sites&
- Clean, sweep and dust warehouse area and remove trash&
- Keep empty boxes stacked and organized and recycle unwanted cardboard in the appropriate NPS&
trailer bin;&
- Notify Supervisor of any issues with any GTA vehicles&
- Assist with year-end inventory preparation and counts&
- Adhere to all GTA safety protocols in the warehouse and while driving&
- Other duties as assigned&
Qualifications Qualifications for this position include knowledge and abilities as follows:&
- Standard warehouse procedures.&
- Basic knowledge of computer programs; warehouse and POS systems preferred.&
- Willingness to support all GTA operational and safety protocols
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper usage of English language, i.e.,&
grammar, spelling, and punctuation.&
- Ability to work well with a diverse group of employees
- Willingness to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, partners, the& public, and others contacted during the course of work. - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.&

Licenses and Certificates Incumbents must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license during the course of employment.&

Working Conditions and Physical Demands Employees must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on GTA needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Duties require sufficient mobility to work in a typical warehouse setting and use of equipment such as lifts, trash/recycling compactors and ladders. In addition, employees must be physically fit enough to frequently lift and move objects up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
