Job Summary And Qualifications
Responsible for removal and transport of all recycling and waste (to include solid waste, regulated medical waste, universal waste, pharmaceutical, RCRA/hazardous waste). Also able to perform general Hospitality Associate, Environmental Services I duties when needed.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
- Maintain and adhere to Environmental Services uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
- Adhere to policies related to storage, handling and disposal of RMW (regulated medical waste), RCRA/Hazmat, solid waste and universal.
- Manage waste/recycling in order to meet/exceed facility waste and recycling cost goals.
- Manage service recovery as needed.
- Maintains cleanliness of waste holding/storage areas.
- Delivers clean and removes solid linen as needed.
- High School Graduate or Equivalent Preferred
- 1 years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field preferred
- 1 years of experience in healthcare preferred
