We are looking for an organized, efficient Office Support Specialist to be responsible for office administrative duties and assisting the sales and accounting department. To be a successful Office Support Specialist, you should have good time management and organizational skills. You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Office Support Specialist Job Duties:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Billing Invoices
- Contacting customers on past due accounts
- Answering customers inquiries and following up with customers about scheduling
- Entry of Invoices (Accts. Payable/Receivable)
- Handling administrative duties for the Company and its Executives and Management teams
- Scheduling and Data Entry
Office Support Specialist Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in administration
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent team working, communication, and customer service skills
- The ablility to multitask and quickly switch your focus
- Computer literacy and typing skills
Starting pay $15-$18 per hour @ 32 hours a week. Must Have Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation. Health care plan, 401K, paid holidays and paid vacation
