We are seeking a skilled and dependable Field Supervisor with hands-on experience in concrete finishing to join our growing team. This is a leadership role for someone who can manage crews, oversee job sites, and ensure high-quality work is delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate concrete finishing teams on job sites
- Maintain high safety and quality standards
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and crew members
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Read and interpret plans, specs, and layouts
- Driving to communities and checking each assigned job is completed correctly on the daily basis
- Reviewing the schedule everyday to ensure all jobs are on track
- Communicating immediately with builder in charge and our office staff if any job cannot be completed on the scheduled date
Qualifications:
- Solid background in concrete finishing
- Prior experience leading construction crews
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
