Purchasing Assistant
Premier Cru is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to support our Purchasing Manager in a growing manufacturing and distribution company.
This full-time, Monday–Friday position plays an important role in purchasing, warehouse inventory control, vendor communication, product sourcing, freight coordination, receiving, and manufacturing support.
The Purchasing Assistant will work with vendors to obtain pricing, product information, and required regulatory documentation; assist with purchase orders and manufacturing work orders; help maintain accurate inventory records; coordinate incoming freight; and use Microsoft Excel to create detailed reports.
The ideal candidate has a great attitude, enjoys helping people, communicates professionally, is comfortable working with numbers and details, and is willing to learn complex inventory management and ERP software.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career with Premier Cru, with the potential to advance into a Purchasing Supervisor position after approximately one year based on demonstrated performance, capability, and leadership.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
