Grand Specialty is looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to work directly with our customers via phone an internet. Our customer service agent is primarily responsible for reviewing orders and following up on customer service related requests. This is a great position located in our Fredericksburg, TX location. The setting is an office environment with regular business hours and weekends off.
DUTIES
Answer Incoming calls
Manage voice and emails
Provide customer service support
Manage internet and fax orders
Assist with will call orders and pickups
Assist with order fulfillment
Other responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Most qualified applicants will be well versed in Microsoft products and have a strong aptitude to learn and manage new software. Familiarity with ERP software and systems a plus. At least two years customer service experience preferred. Top candidates will have strong verbal and written communication skills. Outstand customer service skills essential.
