- Oversee the planning and execution of rooming lists, transportation needs, and the supervision of tour riders.
- Clearly communicate expectations, roles, and responsibilities to subordinate team members.
- Assist in overseeing the hospitality riders.
- Distribute correspondence to Front Desk, Transportation, Bell Desk, AV/Entertainment Technicians, Sales, Food and Beverage, and all other departments as needed or directed. Correspond with Production/Tour managers via personal interaction, telephone, fax or e-mail.
- Resolve guest concerns and report as needed to leadership.
- Monitor payroll spreadsheets and provide bi-weekly payroll breakdown to executive management and administration as needed.
- Assist in managing and organizing all merchandise sales.
- Daily runs for intercompany delivery.
- Review and maintain contracts and transportation spreadsheets.
- Aware of all property and brand events, initiatives, products, and services to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide professional and friendly guest services.
- Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team.
- Knowledge of IATSE contracts and verbiage.

- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Minimum 2 years’ entertainment experience is required or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Must be able to maintain appropriate Gaming License & Alcohol Awareness card.
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly sitting, standing, walking, reaching overhead, bending over, frequently crouching, and kneeling during the duration of their shift.
- Must be able to push/pull 50lbs or less frequently and 100lbs or less occasionally.
- The team member will constantly have repetitive use of both feet. Team member will constantly have repetitive use of their dominant hand, occasional use of their non-dominant hand, and constant light grasping motions. Team member will have occasional use of firm/strong grasping motion. Finger dexterity of both hands will be frequently required.
- Constant use of vision abilities is required including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision.
