- Provide proper and professional cocktail service to all guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction.
- Promote and document orders for drinks, reciting selections of all “call,” and “premium” brands as requested, pass on order to Bartender, properly garnish and deliver to guest in a timely manner.
- Always maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment including removing empty glasses/bottles, cleaning ashtrays, emptying garbage, sweeping/mopping floors, scrubbing/sanitizing equipment, etc.
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of bar daily, before, after and during shift.
- Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice.
- Interact with co-workers and customers in a professional and polite manner.
- Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Candidate must be able to communicate in English, both in written and oral form.
- Must have the following skills: clerical, compiling, coordination, analyzing, precision working, following instructions, memorization, problem solving, independent judgment, and decision making.
- Flexible working all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must obtain and maintain appropriate licensing with the Alcohol Awareness Card.
- Previous cocktail server experience preferred or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- While performing the duties of this job, the team members are constantly standing, walking, reaching overhead, bending over, crouching, kneeling, and balancing during the duration of their shift.
- Must be able to constantly lift/carry 25lbs or less.
- The team members will constantly have repetitive use of both hands including light and firm/strong grasping motions. Finger dexterity of both hands will be constantly required.
- Constant use of vision abilities is required including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision.
