Role Overview
- Part-time (2 days per week) within Monday - Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
- Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes Grand Saline, Texas
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation is fee for service (FFS), estimated compensation range of $32,691 to $47,003 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Texas state license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- Completion of supervised experience hours as a psychotherapist required
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
