About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team in a part-time position. Cross-training for both assisting and reception is part of our plan, allowing for flexibility and team support.

Pay: Minimum wage and up, based on experience and ambition
Expected Hours: 25 – 28 per week

Office Hours:

• Monday & Friday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
• Tuesday–Thursday: 7:30 am – 7:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Closed Sundays

Ideal Candidate:

• Has prior experience in veterinary care, customer service, or receptionist duties (preferred but not required)
• Comfortable answering phones, scheduling appointments, and working with computers
• Reliable, professional, and friendly
• Values teamwork, honesty, accuracy, and continued learning
• Enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients and their pets
