What You’ll Do
Grand River Hospital District is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Conference Attendant to support the daily operations of our Facilities Department. This role plays an essential part in ensuring meetings, events, and patient spaces are welcoming, organized, and professionally main · Complete timely and accurate set-up of banquet and conference events.
- Arrange tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, and audio-visual equipment
- Ensure events are prepared and ready on schedule
- Attend event planning and department meetings as assigned
- Maintain equipment and facilities in a clean, organized, and safe manner
- Cross-train within other Facilities disciplines as needed
- Operate a company vehicle when required
- Must perform repetitive lifting, twisting, pushing and pulling
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Who We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean DMV record preferred.
- If driving is required for the position a valid driver’s license and clean DMV record is required.
