Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience handling ERISA, employee benefit, and executive compensation matters.
- Skilled and experienced in ERISA, tax, and related laws pertaining to employee benefit plans.
- Member of the Indiana Bar
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
- Excellent Communication & Writing Skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Analytical and problem solving abilities
