Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians and customers with accurate parts selection and ordering
- Coordinate parts availability to support efficient service operations
- Provide pricing, product information, and upsell related parts as appropriate
- Track and follow up on special orders and backordered parts
- Communicate order status with service advisors and customers
- Process returns, credits, and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on new inventory
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience and desire to work with technology to drive an exceptional customer experience.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective.
