- Review and process warranty claims promptly, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are complete and accurate.
- Communicate effectively with customers, dealerships, suppliers, and internal departments to clarify claim details and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, approvals, rejections, and related correspondence to ensure transparency and compliance.
