Responsibilities
- Perform routine oil changes and vehicle fluid checks
- Conduct tire services including rotations, alignments, and replacements
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks
- Diagnose automotive issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Assist in the training of new technicians as needed
- Keep accurate records of services performed on vehicles
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar automotive service role
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair processes
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Dealership experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
