JOB SUMMARY
The Hotel Management is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the hotel. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, financial profitability, and team development while upholding brand standards and local regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Team Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate department heads and staff.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans.
- Resolve employee relations issues in compliance with labor laws.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Oversee all guest-facing operations (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Concierge).
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand service standards and SOPs.
- Monitor guest feedback (e.g., TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, NPS) and implement corrective actions.
- Handle VIP arrivals, complaints, and escalations personally.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and licensing regulations.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and capital expenditure projects.
- Implement sustainability initiatives (energy, water, waste).
- Manage crisis and emergency response protocols.
Sales, Marketing & Revenue Management
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to drive bookings and market share.
- Review pricing strategies, promotions, and distribution channels.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and OTAs.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong financial acumen
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in PMS (e.g., Opera, Fidelio), RMS, and MS Office.
- Crisis management and problem-solving under pressure.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)
- Food Safety / HACCP
- Fire Safety / First Aid
