Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our team and lead and oversee various projects within our organization, with a primary focus on commercial and multi-family projects. You will collaborate with the General Contractor, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet stringent schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee projects from start to finish
- Create project schedules and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate and facilitate inspections with city and state as required
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and closeout documents.
- Perform project close out walk throughs and verify all punch list items are complete
- Effectively delegate tasks and duties to the project team and ensure assignments are completed in a timely manner
- Provide regular updates to General Contractor on project status

- Strong knowledge of construction processes and familiarity with code compliance
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Project Management experience in the construction field

- Proven ability to manage projects and teams under tight deadlines

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
