Duties

- Manage the front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and resolving guest concerns efficiently
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies
- Maintain detailed records of all activities, including shift reports, incident logs, and guest requests for accountability and future reference
- Oversee multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications professionally in multiple languages if applicable
- Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality roles with a strong background in front desk operations or night audit functions
