Conveniently located next to the Tanger Outlets, The Grand Plaza Hotel is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain the comfort, cleanliness, and overall guest experience that sets us apart. In this role, you’ll contribute directly to our hotel’s reputation by ensuring every room and common area is spotless, welcoming, and up to our high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, bed-making, and bathroom sanitation
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards
- Report maintenance issues or room damages promptly
- Respond to guest requests or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain and restock housekeeping supplies and amenities as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Qualifications:
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently
- Friendly, guest-focused demeanor with strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
