Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality.
• Conduct detailed sanitation procedures in bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Manage janitorial tasks including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines or supervising other team members when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of laundry procedures and handling various cleaning supplies safely.
• Experience with janitorial equipment and commercial cleaning tools is preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and bending frequently.
• Previous housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
