We're looking for a customer-focused rooms division manager to oversee the hotel's daily operations for the front office and housekeeping divisions. Compensation:$90,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Measure employee success with regards to performance in productivity, customer satisfaction, and absences
- Direct and manage the day-to-day activities and personnel of the departments of housekeeping and front office
- Maintain an exceptional level of customer service throughout the entirety of the customer experience and motivate other members of the staff to do the same
- Create comprehensive long-term strategies for the division to meet the company's objectives and keep the hotel profitable
- Supervise guest services staff in order to ensure that all clients receive prompt attention to their needs
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience as a housekeeping manager, front desk supervisor or similar role
- Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
- Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest-focused mentality
- Must have experience in guest services or hospitality industry
- This position requires a high school diploma or GED
