What You'll Do
- Deliver and coordinate individualized nursing care
- Complete resident assessments and administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and engaging environment for residents
What You'll Need
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Minnesota
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
