Key Responsibilities
- Preparing bank reconciliations for each of the communities throughout the month
- Preparing monthly recurring entries such as depreciation, prepaids, management fees and payroll entries
- Preparing intercompany due to due from for each of the communities
- Assisting with cash projection reports for each of the communities
- Preparing revenue and accounts receivable entry from subsidiary ledger
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations for various accounts
- Reviewing Accounts Payable Invoices
- Preparing and providing documentation for external parties as needed
- Assist with budget preparation as needed
- Other tasks as assigned
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Will consider two (2) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read and analyze financial reports
- Experience with Acumatica software preferred
- Must be able to work in our Minneapolis office five (5) days per week
