Duties
- Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide expert recommendations on our wide selection of beverages.
- Operate the cash register (POS system), handle retail sales transactions accurately, and manage cash drawer handling with integrity.
- Conduct product demos to showcase new or featured items, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities.
- Stock shelves efficiently, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and inviting.
- Perform retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and inventory counts with precision.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or taking orders.
- Supervise or assist in supervising junior staff or interns, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service standards.
- Assist with inventory management by stocking new products and conducting regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Promote store promotions and upsell products to maximize sales while providing knowledgeable advice on alcohol regulations and responsible service.
Skills
