Assisted Living Community seeks an Energetic & Positive Professional Leader!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide senior leadership and strategic direction to the organization
- Oversee and manage all operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Strength in budget & staffing management
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Collaborate regularly with regional team. to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth
- Monitor and evaluate organizational performance, making necessary adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Executive Director or similar position.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Leadership preferred, Associate's degree accepted.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and evaluate projects
- Excellent operations management skills, including the ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Experience processing Medicaid applications a plus
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team in a positive manner.
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and financial resources
