What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse - Pain Clinic position at Grand Lake Health System?
Hours of Job
PRN
Monday-Thursday 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. as needed.
No holidays or weekends required.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
Responsible for delivery of patient care through the Nursing Process of assessment,
planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Directs and guides patient teaching.
Places the patient at the center of care activities.
Assumes a lead role in patient teaching.
Collaborates and interacts positively with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achieve
desired outcomes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
CPR/ACLS certification
Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs.
Education/Certifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
License to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio.
Basic Life Support and ACLS.
Experience
1-2 years of nursing experience preferred. Preferrable in an Outpatient setting.
