Integrated Care RN – ICU and Acute Care (Two Day Scheduler)

Hours of Job

• Two Day Scheduler - Scheduled to work on the weekends for 48 hours per pay and will earn 72 hours per pay.

• Scheduled 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery of patient care through the Nursing Process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

• Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel. 

• Assumes a lead role in patient teaching.

• Places the patient at the center of care practices.

• Collaborates and interacts positively with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achieve desired outcomes. 

• May be required to work other patient care units or shifts according to distribution of staff, patients, and/or patient acuity. 

Requirements

• Ability to work every weekend and holiday rotation as required.

• Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs.

Education/Certifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Licensed RN. BSN preferred.

Experience

• Previous experience in an Emergency or Intensive Care setting required.
